Terms of service
A clear contract for the hosted delivery line. By using Orbi Cloud, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your GitHub access, and pay for the subscription you choose.
THE SERVICE
Issues in, reviewed deliveries out
Orbi Cloud is a hosted runner for repositories you authorize. It can read and change those repositories to perform the delivery flow described on the Cloud page: implementation, independent review and repair, exact-head merge, and release evidence. You remain responsible for your repositories, your instructions, your model provider, and reviewing the result.
Paid plans are Solo at US$29 per month with 400M tokens, and Pro at US$79 per month with 1.2B tokens. The first 3 merged deliveries are free under FREE_DELIVERY_ALLOWANCE=3. Usage and plan availability can change for future subscriptions; the price and allowance shown when you subscribe govern that subscription.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and founding partners
Card subscriptions are handled by Stripe, which provides invoices and the customer portal. They renew monthly or yearly, matching the interval you chose, until you cancel in that portal. Alipay and WeChat Pay are one-time payments for the period you buy and do not renew automatically. Founding partners receive 50% off forever, limited to 6 subscriptions. The discount applies for the life of the subscription; after those places are filled, new subscriptions use the regular price.
Refund requests are handled case by case. First message a group admin privately on Telegram with the invoice and reason. If you can’t use Telegram, our backup email is support@orbi.build. Contact us before asking your card issuer to reverse a charge.
ACCEPTABLE USE
What you may not build
You may not use Orbi Cloud to build, operate, or support:
- gambling, betting, or lottery platforms, including their wallets, agent back-offices, and settlement systems;
- payment channels used to move funds for others, money laundering, or evading financial controls;
- fraud, phishing, or impersonation;
- malware or unauthorized access to systems or data;
- anything unlawful where you or the service operator are located.
Orbi may, but is not obligated to, review Issue text and repository content when needed to enforce these terms. We may decline or stop any delivery, and suspend or terminate access without refund, when a project falls under this section.
BOUNDARIES
Availability, termination, and law
Cloud is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular model provider, delivery success, or that generated changes are correct. We are not responsible for loss caused by instructions, credentials, repository content, provider outages, or changes you merge or deploy.
You may stop using Cloud at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or a material breach. GitHub, Stripe, and model providers may apply their own terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the service operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections still apply where you live.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. If the English and Chinese versions of these terms differ, the English version governs.
