Terms of service
A clear contract for the hosted delivery line. By using Orbi Cloud, you agree to use it lawfully, protect your GitHub access, and pay for the subscription you choose.
THE SERVICE
Issues in, reviewed deliveries out
Orbi Cloud is a hosted runner for repositories you authorize. It can read and change those repositories to perform the delivery flow described on the Cloud page: implementation, independent review and repair, exact-head merge, and release evidence. You remain responsible for your repositories, your instructions, your model provider, and reviewing the result.
The current plan is US$79 per month and includes 300M tokens of model usage. The first 3 merged deliveries are free under FREE_DELIVERY_ALLOWANCE=3. Usage and plan availability can change for future subscriptions; the price and allowance shown when you subscribe govern that subscription.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Billing and Founding coupons
Stripe handles payment, invoices, and the customer portal. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel it through that portal. The Founding coupon is 100% off for up to 10 Founding subscriptions; it applies for the life of the subscription, not to the 300M token inclusion as a separate cash payment. After the limited Founding supply is used, new subscriptions use the regular price.
Refund requests are handled case by case. Contact support@orbi.build with the invoice and reason before asking your card issuer to reverse a charge.
BOUNDARIES
Availability, termination, and law
Cloud is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, a particular model provider, delivery success, or that generated changes are correct. We are not responsible for loss caused by instructions, credentials, repository content, provider outages, or changes you merge or deploy.
You may stop using Cloud at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or a material breach. GitHub, Stripe, and model providers may apply their own terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the service operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer protections still apply where you live.
