- For anything you can’t share publicly, message a group admin privately on Telegram. This includes account, billing, refund and privacy questions.

REPORT A BUG
What to include when reporting a problem
Tell us what you expected, what went wrong, approximately when it happened, and the relevant page, repository or Issue number. Remove tokens, API keys, private code and personal data before posting in the group. Send private details to a group admin on Telegram.
BILLING
Request a refund
Message a group admin privately on Telegram with your Stripe invoice ID, GitHub account, charge date and reason. Do not send card numbers. We will review your request and reply with a decision. To cancel future renewals, use Stripe’s customer portal. If you can’t use Telegram, our backup email is support@orbi.build.
